Key Points of the Weekend

Are Saka and Gyokeres beginning to form a partnership?
Bukayo Saka and Viktor Gyokeres linked up on the pitch for the first time during Arsenal's 3-0 win over Fulham over the weekend with Saka setting up Gyokeres' first goal before Gyokores set up Saka for his goal.
Could this be the start of them forming a partnership on the pitch?
The pair of them haven't been able to form a partnership on the pitch this season due to Saka not having his most productive season due to injuries and Gyokeres adapting to the pace and physicality of the Premier League.
There has also been a case of Gyokeres not getting enough service which is another reason why he struggled early on in the season because he wasn't being provided enough chances.
But now Saka is back fit and Gyokeres is fully adjusted to Premier League football, they'll hopefully begin to connect more on the pitch because Gyokeres finally has someone who can provide him service in Saka.
If they continue to link up on the pitch in their remaining games this season, a good partnership could be in the works.
Do Spurs now have the advantage in the relegation battle?
I asked last week if the great escape was on for Spurs after they won at Wolves and after following that win up with another one against Aston Villa on Sunday to climb out of the relegation zone, I'm asking this week if they now have the advantage in the relegation battle.
Both Spurs and West Ham do have tough games to end the season with and I don't see either side pick up many points from their remaining games.
When I look at the games both sides have, West Ham for me are the side who I fancy to stay up more because two of Spurs' remaining fixtures are at home, where they've been awful all season, and their other game is away at Chelsea, where they also have an awful record.
West Ham face title chasing Arsenal before a tough trip to Newcastle followed by Leeds who I fancy them to beat as Leeds haven't been as strong away as they have been at home.
Spurs' recent wins will give them a lot of confidence moving forward and they'll need to carry it into their remaining fixtures if they're to stay up.
This weekend could prove to be a turning point in the relegation battle if the table stays as it is for the rest of the season, and if Spurs build on their recent wins, they could have the advantage in the relegation battle.
Should Alex Scott go to the World Cup?
Alex Scott has had an incredible season for Bournemouth and has arguably been their best player this season with the performances he's put in over the course of the season.
He put in another impressive display against Crystal Palace on Sunday where he was arguably the best player on the pitch.
Micah Richards has him down as a wildcard for the World Cup this summer and this and his performances this season have led me to ask this question:
Should he go to the World Cup?
He received his first call up earlier in the season back in November but didn't make a single appearance during that international break.
It will be difficult for him to force his way back into that squad because of the midfielders ahead of him in the pecking order like Declan Rice, Elliot Anderson, Adam Wharton and Kobbie Mainoo.
James Garner was called up ahead of him during the last international break and is probably ahead of Scott in that pecking order after impressing on his debut against Uruguay.
Scott has impressed in every game since the last international break and will be looking to carry on doing so for the remainder of the season so he can force his way back into the squad.
His hopes of making the squad will depend on whether any of the players ahead of him pick up an injury but if he can keep up the good form he's been in for the rest of the season, he could be back in that squad.
