GK: MATZ SELS (NOTTINGHAM FOREST) - Sels kept 13 clean sheets which won him a share of the golden glove with David Raya. He was excellent all season for Forest by making many crucial saves and all of them were key in Forest qualifying for Europe.

RB: TRENT ALEXANDER-ARNOLD (LIVERPOOL) - Despite all the speculation around his future, Alexander-Arnold carried on performing for his team and playing a key role in Liverpool's title win. He registered more assists than any other right back with 6 and it was his goal against Leicester that inched the reds closer towards the title. He's going to be a big loss for them next season.

CB: VIRGIL VAN DIJK (LIVERPOOL) - Van Dijk was at his influential best this season by being a calm and composed leader in the Liverpool backline. His leadership and solid performances at the back were crucial to Liverpool winning the title and it was key that they tied him down to that new contract.

CB: NIKOLA MILENKOVIC (NOTTINGHAM FOREST) - Forest were much improved defensively this season and Milenkovic was the reason why. His aerial ability made them better at defending set pieces, and his all round defensive performances played a key role in them qualifying for Europe.

LB: ANTONEE ROBINSON (FULHAM) - Robinson has to be the best left back in the Premier League and he certainly was this season. He made vital interventions when he had to defend and he always offered a threat going forward. He registered 10 assists this season which was more than any other full back and it wouldn't surprise me if any of the big clubs came in for this this summer.

CDM: RYAN GRAVENBERCH (LIVERPOOL) - Gravenberch has been a revelation for Liverpool this season by being one of the key players in their title win. The reds were after a defensive midfielder all summer and after missing out on one, Gravenberch stepped up and made that position his own by making many key interventions and working his socks off in the midfield.

CM: DECLAN RICE (ARSENAL) - Rice has developed into a good all-round midfielder this season by contributing more in the final third alongside doing his defensive duties. He joined Arsenal as a defensive midfielder, but now I think he's turning into a no.8 because of the contributions he's making at the attacking end of the pitch.

CM: ALEXIS MAC ALLISTER (LIVERPOOL) - Mac Allister has been another one of Liverpool's main men this season due to his energy, tenacity and ability to score important goals. All of these played a key role in Liverpool's title win this season as well as his vision.

RW: MOHAMED SALAH (LIVERPOOL) - Salah was at his brilliant best this season as he topped both the goals and assists charts with 29 and 18 respectively. His contributions played one gigantic part in Liverpool winning the title and their fans will be more than happy that he signed that new contract.

LW: BRYAN MBEUMO (BRENTFORD) - Mbeumo stepped up as Brentford's new talisman this season following the departure of Ivan Toney in the summer and he did so by scoring 20 goals. His goals and partnership with Yoane Wissa were instrumental to the Bees finishing in the top half and they will do well to keep him this summer.

ST: ALEXANDER ISAK (NEWCASTLE) - Isak took his game to another level this season by scoring 23 goals as Newcastle secured their return to the Champions League. He made a massive difference for the Magpies when he was available and they'll no doubt had a big task on their hands this summer in trying to keep him at the club.
