SUNDAY:

BRIGHTON V MAN UNITED

Brighton have been strong at home for most of the season and they also have a good record against United in this fixture as they've won 5 of their 8 Premier League games against them at home.

All they need here is a win and they qualify for Europe but a draw would also be enough if other results go in their favour.

Man United can look ahead to the summer once this game if finished now Michael Carrick has been appointed on a permanent basis and I've got to say that he deserves the chance.

But he will be tested next season because he'll have Champions League football to navigate as well as the two cup competitions which he didn't have to distract him due to United being knocked out of both before he arrived.

Brighton will definitely make it difficult for his United side in this one because of their strong home record and record in this very fixture.

But I do think United will do enough to earn at least a point and I'm backing Bruno Fernandes to assist one of the goals so he can break the record for most assists in a season.

PREDICTION: 2-2

BURNLEY V WOLVES

Both teams will be facing each other in the Championship next season and will want to end this season with some optimism to take into next season.

Burnley have been in a lot of their games this season and especially at home where they've been tough to beat and shown fight.

Wolves meanwhile have been hopeless on the road all season and can't wait to see the back of this season which has been an absolute disaster for them.

But between them and Burnley, I think Wolves are the side who stand the best chance of bouncing straight back up next season because they have a manager who knows the Championship in Rob Edwards.

Both teams will want to put in a performance so they can give their supporters something to cheer about at the end of a dreadful season.

I think they'll do that but I don't see there being a winner because I can see both teams cancel each other out in a game that I think will be low on quality.

PREDICTION: 1-1

CRYSTAL PALACE V ARSENAL

Palace will probably make changes for this game with the Europa Conference League final in mind alongside them having nothing left to play for in the league.

But I'm hoping that they don't make too many because Oliver Glasner will want to give the Palace fans a good send off in his final home game in charge.

Arsenal come into this game with the title wrapped up and might make changes as well because Mikel Arteta may want to save players for the Champions League final.

But I don't see that happening because they'll want to end the season strongly so they can go into that final with some momentum and confidence.

Because I think Palace will make a number of changes, I'm backing Arsenal to win this game and fairly comfortably to end the season on a high.

PREDICTION: 0-3

FULHAM V NEWCASTLE

This looks set to be Marco Silva's final game in charge of Fulham given that he still hasn't signed that new contract and it looks like he's not going to sign it.

There hasn't been any news as to whether he will sign that new contract so we might as well assume that this game will be his last and if that is the case, he'll want to end his reign on a high and give the fans a good send off.

Newcastle boss Eddie Howe also faces an uncertain future heading into the summer based on the season his side have had and it will be interesting to see what happens at the end of the season.

Most people think he deserves to stay charge because of the brilliant job he has done but I still think he's taken them as far as he can because I don't see what more he can do with this team.

Fulham come into this game not in the best of form with just one win from their last six games but they have been strong at home for much of the season.

With Newcastle having such a terrible away record, I'm backing the Cottagers to come out on top and end Marco Silva's time in charge on a high.

PREDICTION: 3-1

LIVERPOOL V BRENTFORD

Liverpool will be glad to see back of this season once this game is over because it has been by far the season they were hoping for.

There has been talk over the last few days that Mohamed Salah might not play his final game for the club after what he said on social media last week.

Him saying what he said was again his ego getting the better of him but it was also him talking from a supporter's point of view because the majority of fans have been saying what he wrote for a while.

Brentford can still make Europe with the Bees currently level on points with Chelsea in 8th which is the final European spot.

Europe seemed like an unrealistic dream at the start of the season after losing their manager and best players, but Keith Andrews is on the verge of making that dream possible and the job he's done since taking over from Thomas Frank has been remarkable.

The Bees won the reverse fixture convincingly back in October and they'll be feeling confident in getting another win in this one.

But with Salah and Andy Robertson wanting to end their time at Liverpool on a high, I think they'll get the send offs they deserve with Salah being among the scorers despite what's been said about him.

PREDICTION: 2-1

MAN CITY V ASTON VILLA

There will a lot of emotion after this game following the announcement that Pep Guardiola will be leaving Man City and whoever replaces him will have very big shoes to fill.

He might not have won the league in his final season, but he's still ending his time at City on a high note by winning the two domestic cups.

He'll definitely go down as the best foreign manager the Premier League has ever seen and a manager who changed the way football is played in this country.

Villa will be looking to ruin his farewell party in this one and they'll come into it off the back of an incredible display in the Europa League final against Freiburg.

I was happy they won that competition because for all the progress they've made under Unai Emery, they deserved to win something and Emery even said when he first arrived that he wanted to win a trophy at Villa.

But I do think they'll be a bit hungover from their Europa League celebrations and because of this, I think City will end the Pep era in style.

PREDICTION: 3-0

NOTTINGHAM FOREST V BOURNEMOUTH

Nottingham Forest have had a somewhat rollercoaster of a season in that they've been through four managers and have had mixed results but still managed to stay up.

Next season could be another challenging one for them in that they could lose one or two of their best players in the summer with Elliot Anderson and Morgan Gibbs-White being prime examples and especially with the seasons they've both had.

Bournemouth were outstanding against Man City in midweek and they'll probably be wondering how they didn't win the game with the amount of chances they had.

Andoni Iraola will manage the Cherries for the final time in this one and he'll want to end his time in charge on a high before handing over the reins to Marco Rose.

But as the Cherries aren't as strong away as they are at home, I think they'll drop points here and especially as Forest are decent at home.

Both teams will definitely go for it as they both like to play on the front foot, but I think the points will be shared as I can see both teams cancel each other out.

PREDICTION: 1-1

SUNDERLAND V CHELSEA

Sunderland will both qualify for Europe and finish above Chelsea if they win this game which would be a brilliant send off to an outstanding first season back in the Premier League.

They won the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge back in October which will give them a lot of confidence heading into this game.

Chelsea got a deserved win against Spurs in midweek which got their hopes of Europe back on track following a seven game winless run.

But I think they'll finish outside those spots because I'm backing Sunderland to just edge this one and especially as they've been strong at home all season.

PREDICTION: 2-1

TOTTENHAM V EVERTON

Spurs' defeat to Chelsea in midweek will definitely feel like a missed opportunity because it would've secured their own safety had they won and were playing a Chelsea side out of form.

The pressure will be on them to win this game as it is for any team in a relegation battle on the last day of the season and the pressure is arguably more on them than it is on West Ham because they're the side outside the relegation zone.

West Ham will be hoping that their former manager David Moyes does them a favour and there is a strong chance that he could because of how poor Spurs have been at home all season.

His Everton team have been good on the road for most of the season and because of this and Spurs' terrible home form, I'm backing the Toffees to end the season with a win to send Spurs down.

PREDICTION: 2-1

WEST HAM V LEEDS

West Ham looked like a side who had given up against Newcastle but they were given a much needed lifeline in midweek following Spurs' defeat at Chelsea.

They've shown more fight at home than they have away in recent games including against Arsenal two weeks ago where they came painfully close to cioming away with a point.

They'll need to show more of that fight in this one if they're to get the win to stay up.

Leeds won this fixture in the FA Cup back in March via a penalty shootout and they also won the reverse fixture 2-1 at Elland Road back in October.

They've shown plenty of fight throughout the season it was one of the reasons why they stayed up alongside their strong home form.

But their away form hasn't been as strong as they've won just twice on the road all season.

Because of West Ham showing more fight at home and Leeds not being as strong away as they have been at home, I'm backing the Hammers to get the win they need to stay up.

PREDICTION: 2-1
