PROBABLY LINE UPS FOR BOTH TEAMS:

A lot of people had Spain down as the favourites to win the World Cup at the start of the tournament and here they are in the final with the chance to live up to that tag.
They comfortably beat France in the semi finals by playing them off the park and their performance was arguably their best one of the tournament so far.
They haven't been 100% perfect at this tournament in that they've had to work to get results in some of their games and doing so is a sign of a top team.
Their defensive record at this tournament has been incredible as they've let in just one goal and have kept six clean sheets which no side has done in the history of the World Cup.
Their incredible defensive record might make them the favourites to win this final.
Argentina could become the first side since Brazil in 1962 to defend their World Cup crown if they win this final which would be their fourth consecutive major trophy in a row.
If they were to win their fourth major tournament in a row, they could go down as arguably the greatest international side of all-time because no team has ever won four tournaments in a row.
They'll always have a chance with someone like Lionel Messi in their side and especially with the form he's been in at this tournament.
He's pretty much carried Argentina to the final all on his own and he's also arguably been the player of the tournament because of the goals he's scored and the performances he's put in.
PREDICTION:
Spain will almost certainly have most of the ball as they're a possession based team and I can see them put in a similar kind of performance to the one they put in against France.
Because of this I'm backing them to come out on top and lift the trophy and I'm also backing Lamine Yamal to get on the scoresheet and deliver the performance we've been waiting for.
I can also see them keep a clean sheet because of their incredible defensive record and by doing so they'll keep Messi quiet.
FS: 2-0
