TUESDAY:

ATLETICO MADRID V BARCELONA

The first leg was a classic win for Atletico in that they had less possession and fewer chances but still won the game.

They were massively helped by Barca's profligacy in front of goal and them going down to ten men which turned out to be a turning point in the game.

Barcelona will no doubt be kicking themselves for those chances they missed which was very unlike them as they're usually clinical in front of goal.

Hansi Flick will need his forwards to have their shooting boots on in this second leg if they're to turn this tie in their favour.

But I don't see it happening because the Wanda Metropolitano is a tough place to go to and Atletico, knowing they only need a draw to progress, will get men behind the ball and be tough to beat as they usually are.

But I do see them nicking goal in this leg to seal the tie for good.

PREDICTION: 1-0

LIVERPOOL V PSG

Liverpool fans will be hoping that Rio Ngumoha will start this game after his impressive display against Fulham on Saturday where he was arguably the best player on the pitch.

The reds lacked an attacking outlet in the first leg and Ngumoha is someone who can provide it because of his pace and ability to be direct.

He's been one of Liverpool's few shining lights this season and if they're to get themselves back in tie, he has to start.

PSG outplayed the reds in the first leg and the second leg will definitely be a tougher test because of the atmosphere inside Anfield which is always electric on European nights.

Luis Enrique's side did win at Anfield last season before winning the tie on penalties and I think they'll do the same again in this one and by the same scoreline.

PREDICTION: 0-1

WEDNESDAY:

ARSENAL V SPORTING LISBON

Arsenal looked nervous and off the pace against Bournemouth on Saturday and it's probably because the pressure is beginning to get to them.

I thought their win in the first leg was going to give them the confidence to win that game and get their season back on track following their two defeats in the cup competitions.

But it wasn't to be as they lacked any real creativity on the ball due to their most creative players in Martin Odegaard being injured and Eberechi Eze only playing nearly half the game.

Sporting had a lot of chances in the first leg which they weren't able to take due to David Raya's brilliant performance.

They'll come into this game looking to play the same way and believing that they can overturn the one-goal deficit because of Arsenal looking off the pace.

But I think the Gunners will bounce back and seal the tie because of the quality they have and the fact that they won't be under as much pressure as they are in the Premier League.

PREDICTION: 2-0

BAYERN MUNICH V REAL MADRID

Bayern Munich had Manuel Neuer to thank in the first leg for the important saves he made, but they still did enough to win the leg and go ahead in the tie.

They've been very strong at home this season both in Europe and the Bundesliga and this alongside the lead they have in this tie will given them a lot of confidence heading into this second leg.

Real Madrid ended the first leg leg strongly and they need to start this second leg like they ended the first leg if they're to turn the tie in their favour.

Their season could well be decided here as they're unlikely to win La Liga because of Barcelona being nine points clear which leaves the Champions League as the only competition left to play for.

I can see Bayern end it for good in this game as I can see them sealing the tie with a convincing and dominant display.

Especially as they're at home where they've been strong all season.

PREDICTION: 3-1
