TUESDAY:

ARSENAL V PSG

Arsenal won this fixture in the league phase earlier in the season which will give them confidence heading into this game alongside their win over Real Madrid in the last round.

But the PSG side they'll be facing in this one will be stronger than the one they faced earlier in the season as they're one of the favourites to win this competition.

PSG have already beaten three English clubs in the Champions League this season in Man City during the league phase, Liverpool in the last 16 and Aston Villa in the previous round.

Luis Enrique's side will definitely fancy their chances of beating another in this tie, for which they'll arguably be the favourites to win due to form they've been in since the turn of the year.

I think both teams will go for it in this first leg as they'll both be eager to gain the advantage in this tie.

But I think it'll be a close one and because of that, I can see both teams heading into the second leg on level terms.

PREDICTION: 1-1

BARCELONA V INTER MILAN

This tie is a rematch of the 2010 semi final which Inter went on to win before winning the whole thing under Jose Mourinho.

Barcelona won the Copa del Rey over the weekend by beating Real Madrid in the final and could end the season with a treble as they're currently on course to win La Liga, and will be seen by some as the favourites to win this competition.

But there are also some people, including myself, who don't see them as the favourites because of how vulnerable they are defensively.

Their defensive woes were on show again against Dortmund in the last round where they just managed to hold off an unlikely comeback from the German side.

Inter Milan are my favourites to go all the way as they're arguably the most complete side left in the competition.

They've got the best defence in the competition after conceding just 5 goals, are well drilled in midfield, and have players in their attack who can score goals like Lisandro Martinez.

Unlike Barca, they're not chasing a treble after going out of the Coppa Italia a week ago to rivals AC Milan, but they can still do the double in winning this competition and Serie A, despite losing back-to-back league games recently.

Barca have a good record at home this season and I think they'll get something from thie first leg because of that.

But I can only see them take a draw with them into the second leg as I think Inter will make it difficult for them.

Both teams will score, but I think they'll both cancel each other out.

PREDICTION: 2-2
