GK: BERND LENO (FULHAM) - Leno was solid right throughout February as he kept 3 clean sheets and made some crucial saves to keep Fulham in the hunt for European football. He's been another reason why the Cottagers have been much more solid this season compared to their last two spells in the Premier League.

RB: EMERSON ROYAL (TOTTENHAM) - Royal has had his fair share of criticism since he's been at Spurs and rightly so. But in February he silenced his critics by putting in some solid performances at both ends. Defensively he was much improved and was effective going forward. He even netted in Spurs' 2-0 win over West Ham.

CB: TIM REAM (FULHAM) - Ream has been a completely different player this season compared to Fulham's last couple of spells in the Premier League and he showed why during February. He was solid right throughout the month as Fulham kept 3 clean sheets all of which he was a key part of by making crucial interventions and being in the right place and the right time when he needed to be.

CB: ISSA DIOP (FULHAM) - Diop was solid in pretty much every game for Fulham during February as they kept 3 clean sheets and conceded just a single goal. He made many crucial interventions when he needed to and his partnership with Ream at the back is why the Cottagers have been much improved defensively this season.

LB: LUKE SHAW (MAN UNITED) - Shaw was solid at both ends during February as Man United pushed themselves towards being title contenders. He did his job defensively in pretty much every game and he was always a threat whenever he went forward.

CDM: JOAO PALHINHA (FULHAM) - Palhinha has been one of the signings of the season so far and he again showed why during February. He's controlled play and made crucial challenges whilst sitting in front of the back and has been one of the main reasons why Fulham have been more solid defensively this season.

CM: JAMES MADDISON (LEICESTER) - Maddison has been a huge miss for Leicester whenever he's been unavailable and in February he showed why. He registered 2 goals and an assist as Leicester picked up a couple of crucial wins to pull themselves away from the relegation zone against Aston Villa and Spurs. He returned to action at a good time and is someone who the Foxes need to keep fit.

CM: STEFAN BAJCETIC (LIVERPOOL) - Liverpool finally began to find some form during February and Bajcetic was a key part of it. He brought some much needed energy to the midfield which has been lacking all season and stepped up as the reds' go-to midfield at the age of just 18. He's got a bright future ahead of him.

RW: MANOR SOLOMON (FULHAM) - After not featuring much earlier in the season through injury Solomon is now pushing for a regular starting spot in the Fulham team after scoring 3 goals off the bench during February. The Cottagers needed someone to step up on the goals front in Mitrovic's absence and Solomon did exactly that.

LW: MARCUS RASHFORD (MAN UNITED) - Rashford carried his post-World Cup form into February by netting 5 goals as Man United closed the gap on City and Arsenal. With the season he's having he's surely a contender for player of the season.

ST: OLLIE WATKINS (ASTON VILLA) - Watkins repaid his manager's faith in him by scoring in every game during February. He ended the month with four goals to his name and if he keeps up this kind of form in March, a return to the England squad could await him.
