Key Points of the Weekend

Is Oliver Glasner under pressure?
It's been a tough start for Oliver Glasner at Nottingham Forest as he's won just one of his nine league games in charge since taking over in the summer.
Since picking up that sole win against Aston Villa in September, they've lost four and drawn once and are now 19th in the league as a result of it.
Is Glasner under pressure?
Forest's main problem this season as pretty much everyone knows has been scoring goals because of the amount of chances they've wasted in games.
They're certainly creating enough chances as their last few games have shown but they're just not putting them away and it's why they're in the position they're in.
Glasner said in his post-match press conference that he and his team need to change things and he has a point because if his team are to get results and climb out of the bottom three, changes must be made.
He also mentioned that if the players don't buy into his methods, the club will be looking for a new manager which is a sign that he feels like a man who is under pressure.
He does need time and I hope he gets it because he got off to a slow start at Crystal Palace and once the players were adjusted to his way of playing, he went on to have a successful time at the club.
But if results don't pick up within the next few weeks, Glasner could be under pressure and even out of a job knowing how ruthless an owner Angelos Marinakis is.
Was Spurs defeat the final straw for Sage?
Crystal Palace boss Pierre Sage has been a man under pressure for a few weeks now and the pressure on him went up another level following his side's 2-0 defeat at Spurs which left them in the bottom three.
Was the Spurs defeat the final straw for him?
Sage surely knew he had a tough job on his hands the moment he arrived at Palace as he was replacing
arguably the best manager in the club's history in Oliver Glasner.
He was also walking into a dressing room that lost two important players in Maxence Lacroix and Daniel Munoz who left for Chelsea and Nottingham Forest respectively and were a big part of the success they achieved under Glasner.
The departures of both players is one reason why the Eagles have struggled defensively this season because they've missed what they both offered in that department and never replaced it.
Sage's way of playing could also be another factor why they've been concedding so many goals because they've looked all over the place defensively by being very open at the back.
Palace face Liverpool in their next game and knowing the quality of side they're up against and how low on confidence the team are, the club may decide to call time on Pierre Sage's time in charge.
Liverpool should've had a penalty
Liverpool v Arsenal on Sunday was an enjoyable game to watch for the neutral as it was tense and a close contest.
The main talking point from the game was without a doubt the decision not to give Liverpool a penalty for Jurrien Timber pulling Alexander Isak's shirt in the first half.
I thought that was a clear and obvious penalty because Timber was clearly pulling Isak's shirt and it was inside the penalty area.
How VAR didn't pick this up was incredible because Timber was clearly pulling Isak's shirt and it impacted Isak from heading the ball towards the Arsenal goal.
It was a clear and obvious error and a penalty should've been given.
