Has Glasner managed his last game at Crystal Palace?
Oliver Glasner announced that he is leaving Crystal Palace at the end of the season during the week when his contract expires.
But after what he said in his post-match interview following his side's 2-1 defeat at Sunderland, he might be leaving soon than he planned after he criticized the club hierarchy like Enzo Maresca and Ruben Amorim did recently.
Has he managed his last game at Crystal Palace?
He said in his post-match interview that his squad "are being abandoned completely" by the club hierarchy and by saying this, he's criticizing the people above him for not backing him enough in the transfer window.
His squad has been stretched over the past month due to injuries, the amount of games played and a lack of squad depth and he mentioned later on in his interview that his side have "12, 13 players from the squad available and we feel no support."
This is without a doubt another dig at the club hierarchy for not backing him because he needs more bodies in his squad due to it's lack of depth and the fact that they're in Europe this season.
We saw Enzo Maresca and Ruben Amorim both lose their jobs after criticizing their own club hierarchies and with Glasner having done the same here, I won't be surprised if he meets the same fate within the next few days.
Frank is on thin ice at Spurs
Thomas Frank has been under pressure at Spurs for some time now due to poor performances and results and after losing to West Ham on Saturday, I now think he's on thin ice.
His team have been uninspiring to watch for most of the season as they've been too pragmatic and his pragmatic style of play has not gone down well with the Spurs fans.
His team have also been awful at home all season and they lost yet again at home on Saturday against West Ham who were the better side.
With the fans now against him and the board seriously considering his position as manager, the West Ham defeat could be the final straw for him.
Can West Ham kick on from Spurs win?
West Ham earned their first win in two months on Saturday when they beat Spurs which gave their survival hopes one massive boost.
The question now is whether they can kick on from this result.
The win over Spurs will definitely give them confidence moving forward because winning games gives a confidence and confidence is what they've been lacking over the last month or so.
Their performance will also give them confidence as they showed more fight than they have done for most of the season and caused Spurs a number of problems in attack.
Nuno Espirito Santo will want his side to put in that kind of performance on a regular basis from now on because his team need to win more games in order to give themselves the best chance of staying up and to close the gap on the teams above them.
They do have some difficult games coming up with Sunderland, Chelsea, Burnley and Man United coming up in their next four games.
But if they can repeat their performance against Spurs in those games, they could kick on.
Is Thierno Barry beginning to prove his worth?
Thierno Barry took a while to get going at Everton as he failed to score in any of his first 14 games for the club after arriving in the summer.
He now has 3 goals in his last 4 games with his latest coming in the Toffees' 1-0 win at Aston Villa on Sunday.
Is he beginning to prove his worth?
A clinical goal scorer is what Everton have lacked all season and when they signed Barry in the summer, I was not convinced by him because he's a young player and unproven at the top level.
It was always going to take time for him to settle into the Premier League because of this and the fact that he was coming over from a different country and league.
His recent form will definitely give him confidence as scoring goals are what give a striker confidence and if he can keep up his run of form he's on over the next few weeks, we'll definitely say that he's proving his worth.
