Could Max Dowman be England's most exciting young player?
Arsenal youngster Max Dowman became the youngest ever Premier League goal scorer when he netted the winner in the Gunners' 2-0 win over Everton at the age of just 16 years and 73, breaking the record held by James Vaughan for just over two decades.
He made a positive impact when he came off the bench against Everton and his impact played a key role in Arsenal winning the game as he played a role in the first goal before setting up the second.
After his performance against Everton and the potential he has to be a to player, could he be England's most exciting young player?
Dowman featured a lot for Arsenal during pre-season when he was just 15 and has featured 7 times in all competitions this season with 3 of his appearances coming in the Premier League.
Mikel Arteta clearly has a lot of faith in him by giving him the opportunities he has been given and Dowman has impressed almost every time he's been on the pitch.
England have produced many young exciting talents over the years including Wayne Rooney, Michael Owen and Phil Foden with Rooney being the one who started out at 16 like Dowman.
If Dowman continues to impress every time he's given an opportunity over the next couple of years, he could be England's most exciting young player.
Is the title race over?
We were set to be in for an intriguing title race not that long ago but now it looks as though we might not get one as leaders Arsenal are now nine points clear of Man City.
Is the title race over?
The game between Arsenal and City at the Etihad was viewed as a potential title decider about a couple of weeks ago but now appears to be anything but that because of the margin between the two teams at the top.
But it could still be a title decider as City have a game in hand against Crystal Palace and if they were to win both that game and the one against Arsenal, the gap between them both would be cut to three points and the title race will be back on.
But if City continue to drop points in the games before the ones against Palace and Arsenal and Arsenal keep gaining points, the title race will be over.
Can Bruno Fernandes break the record for most assists in a season?
Bruno Fernandes broke the record for most assists by a Man United player at the weekend when he registered his 15th and 16th assists of the season against Aston Villa on Sunday which took him above David Beckham's total of 15 in 1999/00.
He's only four behind the record for most assists in a season which is currently jointly held by Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne who got 20 in the 2002/03 and 2019/20 season's respectively.
Could Fernandes break that record?
He has a very good chance of breaking that record because he's one of the most creative players in the Premier League and is in very good form.
He's been back to his best since Michael Carrick took over at Man United as he's been returned to his preferred no.10 role which as everyone knows is his best position.
He's always looking to create chances whenever he has the ball in the opposition's half and the majority of chances he creates usually lead to a player scoring a goal.
He's registered 4 assists in his last 3 games and if he can keep up this kind of form for the remainder of the season, he could break the record for most assists in a season.
