Is Ollie Watkins making one final push to be in the England squad for the World Cup?
Ollie Watkins hasn't had his greatest season for Villa this season in terms of consistency, but he is on course to end the season with 14 or more goals which marks another decent return.
He's certainly ending this season in fine form after scoring 9 goals in his last 11 games in all competitions with his most recent two coming in Villa's 4-2 win over Liverpool on Friday.
Is he making one final push to be in the England squad for the World Cup?
His current form certainly suggests so and it's come off the back of being left out of the last two squads and especially the last one.
Being left out of the last squad in particular must've lit a fire inside his belly and motivated him to end the season strongly because his form since then has been incredible.
The battle to be Harry Kane's back up will definitely be between him and Dominic Calvert-Lewin with both players being tied on 14 league goals and the highest scoring English players in the Premier League this season.
If he can bag another goal in the Europa League final on Wednesday to keep up his strong form, he's got a strong chance of making that final squad.
Should Will Osula have started more for Newcastle this season?
Will Osula has impressed whenever he's taken to the field for Newcastle this season with his energy and willingness to both run in behind and work hard for the team.
He's netted 7 times in the Premier League this season which is more than Yoane Wissa and the same amount as Nick Woltemade, both of who the Magpies spent a lot of money on during the summer.
He's certainly showed more promise than Woltemade and Wissa have put together this season with the performances he's put in and because of this; Should he have started more for Newcastle this season?
Wissa and Woltemade were always going to play ahead of him simply because the club spent a lot of money on them and were both more proven at the top level.
But given the struggles they've both had this season and Osula showing more in the games he's played, there is definitely a feeling that Osula should've started more games.
Osula is still young at 22 years of age, but he's still made more of an impact than Woltemade and Wissa have when he's been on the pitch and because of this, he probably should've started more games.
Is that the final nail in the coffin for West Ham?
West Ham's status as a Premier League club is hanging by a thread following their 3-1 defeat at Newcastle on Sunday which kept them in the bottom three with a game to spare.
Their relegation rivals Spurs have a game in hand against Chelsea on Tuesday and a superior goal difference which no doubt gives them the advantage in the battle to avoid relegation.
Because of Spurs having that game in hand and a superior goal difference, was the Newcastle defeat the final nail in the coffin for West Ham?
They looked like a side destined for relegation against Newcastle as they were second best for the entire match during which they showed little fight and made costly mistakes.
All they can hope for now is for Spurs to lose against Chelsea on Tuesday because a win for Spurs in that game will relegate the Hammers.
Their hopes of survival depend on the final result of that game and if Spurs to end up losing to Chelsea, West Ham will need to win their final game against Leeds to stay up and hope Spurs lose their game against Everton.
But if Spurs get a result against Chelsea or lose to them but beat Everton on the final day, the Hammers' defeat at Newcastle will be the result that sealed their fate.
