Managerial Appointments happen all year round because a manager could be sacked at any moment throughout the year.
The majority of managerial changes happen during the season as a certain number of teams may be out of form or in a position they don't want to be in and when that happens, the club have no choice but to change the manager.
A lot of changes do happen in the off season as well and they happen because a manager's contract may have expired or a team has just had a terrible season and want to bring in someone who can get the team performing better.
But most of them do tend to happen during the season because of the pressure is greater during the season than it is during the summer.
A lot of managers who have arrived into the Premier League have had a major impact on the league and especially the ones from Europe as they've changed the way the game is played, and have turned their respective sides into one of the best teams in Europe.
We have also seen manager from our shores go between clubs and make an impact wherever they've gone by keeping them in the league before establishing them as a Premier League club or taking them from a certain level to an even greater one.
The managers on the list are a mixture of managers who have come from abroad and managers who are from our shores and have managed in the Premier League before.
Now here is the list:
Pep Guardiola to Man City - 2016
Jurgen Klopp to Liverpool - 2015
Harry Redknapp - Tottenham - 2008
Arsene Wenger to Arsenal - 1996
Roy Hodgson to Fulham - 2007
Antonio Conte to Chelsea - 2016
Claudio Ranieri to Leicester - 2015
Jose Mourinho to Chelsea - 2004
Unai Emery to Aston Villa - 2022
Roberto De Zerbi to Brighton - 2022
Claudio Ranieri to Leicester
Ranieri achieved the impossible by winning the Premier League title in his first season at Leicester in what was one of the greatest sporting stories in history.
There was a lot of scepticism surrounding his appointment as his previous jobs didn't go very well and his Leicester teams were among the favourites for relegation with their title odds standing at 5000-1.
But he only went on and proved his doubters wrong by leading a Leicester side who have avoided relegation the season before under Nigel Pearson to the title.
But despite achieving what he did that season, I had to have him an no.10 because that was the only good season he had at Leicester as he was sacked the following season with the Foxes deep into a relegation battle.
Roberto De Zerbi to Brighton
I don't think anyone had heard of De Zerbi when he took over at Brighton and questions were asked of him after a slow start.
But results soon picked up and he made himself known by playing a brilliant attacking-minded style of football which got Brighton into Europe in his first season in charge.
Brighton have evolved as a club since they've been in the Premier League as especially during their first 4-5 seasons with Chris Hughton being the man that kept them up and Graham Potter establishing them as a Premier League club.
But De Zerbi was the one who took them onto that next level by taking them into Europe.
HIs first season was the only good season he had at Brighton as they struggled to balance European and Premier League involvements and his time at the club didn't end very well with speculation around his future being the reason why.
Antonio Conte to Chelsea
Conte made a huge impact on the Premier League during his first season at Chelsea by winning the Premier League title with a back three.
He started off with a back four during his first few games in charge as he claimed that was the Chelsea way. But when that way wasn't working, he decided to do things his way by changing the system to his favoured three at the back which turned out to be the turning point in Chelsea's season.
The impact he he made by playing that three at the back system encouraged a lot of teams across the country to play that system and many teams have played with that formation ever since including England.
His second season didn't go to plan though as he was frustrated in the summer transfer window because he didn't get the players he wanted and was unhappy for much of the season as Chelsea finished 5th.
Roy Hodgson to Fulham
Hodgson took over a Fulham side who were deep in relegation trouble and were set for relegation heading into the final stretch of the season.
But from out of nowhere he pulled off a great escape by leading Fulham to four wins from their final five games to stay up.
After keeping them up, he would go on to lead Fulham to their highest ever league finish by finishing 7th in his second season before leading them to the Europa League final in his third and final season.
Unai Emery to Aston Villa
Emery has worked absolute wonders since he's been at Villa as he's established them as a top four chasing team.
They were on the verge of being sucked into a relegation battle when he arrived and within a matter of months, he got them up the Premier League and pushing for Europe.
He brought Champions League football back to Villa Park in his first full-season in charge by leading them to a 4th placed finish before leading them to a Champions League Quarter Final last season.
Next on his list will surely be a trophy and he has the team and squad to achieve that goal.
Harry Redknapp to Tottenham
Redknapp was a manager who was seen as a relegation expert at most of the club's he managed as he would come in and keep a club up before establishing them as a Premier League.
Spurs were at the foot of the Premier League when he arrived and he made an instant impact the moment he stepped through the door as he immediately got them off the bottom of the table and up the Premier League table.
After rescuing Spurs in his first season, he later took them to new heights as he guided them to a top four finish in his second season before leading them to a Champions League Quarter Final in the following season.
After taking over a Spurs side who were at best a decent mid-table side, he soon established them as a top four chasing them.
He turned Spurs into the club we know them as today.
Jurgen Klopp to Liverpool
Klopp announced himself as he normal one when he arrived at Liverpool and he went on to turn them from doubters into believers just like he said in his first press conference.
His first few seasons at Liverpool saw the team improve season after season during which he turned players into world class players and and took the reds from being a team trying to finish in the top four to a team capable of challenging for the title.
His gegenpress style of play suffocated the life out of teams because of the intensity his team played at which was very much the identity of his Liverpool team.
He won Liverpool their first league title in 30 years in 2020 and he could've won at least another two had it not been for Pep Guardiola doing what he did at Man City.
Jose Mourinho to Chelsea
Mourinho as everyone will know announced himself as the so-called "Special One" when he arrived at Chelsea and he went on and proved it by winning back-to-back Premier League titles in his first two seasons.
The blues collected 95 points in his first title winning season conceding just 15 goals which is still the record for the least number of goals conceded in a season.
He changed the entire mentality of the club when he arrived by changing the mindset from playing for money to playing to win trophies and this change in mentality led to Chelsea achieving more success after he left.
Arsene Wenger to Arsenal
Wenger made a huge impact on English football when he arrived by changing a player's diet and the way football was being played at the time.
He was also the manager who got the ball rolling for foreign managers coming over to England as many managers from overseas have come over to our shores ever since and have helped the league grow.
Man United were the undisputed top dogs in English football when he arrived at Arsenal and after leading Arsenal to a joint second place finish in his first season, a rivalry not just between the two clubs but between himself and Alex Ferguson was born as the pair of them would battle it out for the title over the next number of seasons.
He won 3 league titles with Arsenal including an unbeaten season in 2004 which no side has been able to achieve ever since.
Pep Guardiola to Man City
Pep had to be my no.1 because he's made the biggest impact on English football in terms of how the game is now played with goalkeepers using their feet, full backs moving into midfield and centre backs being comfortable on the ball.
Many teams across the country as well as the world now play like Pep's teams have done because of the impact he's on the game of football.
He turned Man City into the dominant force in England by winning six Premier League titles in seven seasons between 2018 and 2024 during which they won every trophy on offer including the Champions League, which was the trophy he and the club were desperate to win.
Winning that Champions League in 2023 as part of the treble City won that season out them among the greatest clubs sides in the history of the game.
