The Premier League has produced many brilliant and memorable moments since it's inception and a lot of people have been lucky enough to witness them when they happened.
The memorable moments are among the reasons why the Premier League is the best league in the world along with the entertainment because a lot of them were completely unexpected like Leicester winning the league in 2016 for example.
The list of them is endless because of how many there have been and anyone of them could've been on the list.
The moments on the list are mixed with moments that were unexpected, dramatic and special occasions.
Now here is the list:
Jamie Vardy breaks Ruud Van Nistelrooy's record of scoring in consecutive games - 2015
Leicester win Premier League title - 2016
Liverpool end 30 year wait for a league title - 2020
Sergio Aguero's late winner against QPR to win Man City their first Premier League title - 2012
David Beckham's half-way line goal against Wimbledon - 1996
Eric Cantona's Kung-Fu kick - 1995
Man United 1-6 Man City - 2011
Steven Gerrard slip against Chelsea - 2014
Wayne Rooney's first Premier League goal against Arsenal - 2002
Arsenal go an entire season unbeaten - 2004
Jamie Vardy breaks Ruud Van Nistelrooy's record of scoring in consecutive games
This moment had to be at no.10 because it wasn't as significant or iconic as the other moments on the list.
But it probably was a significant moment for Vardy himself in that his scoring run saw him grow into one of the best strikers in the Premier League and in Europe Europe at the time.
To score in 12 consecutive games and break a record held by Ruud Van Nistelrooy of all players is some achievement because of the goal scoring machine he was at Man United.
The goals he scored during this streak set up the season that both he and Leicester would go on to have as they all played a key role in the Foxes going on to win the title that season.
David Beckham's half-way line goal against Wimbledon
Beckham's half-way line goal against Wimbledon was probably the moment where he announced himself in English football and easily the best goal the Premier League had ever seen at the time.
He was an exciting young talent at the time and was entering his second full season after breaking into the Man United first team, and this moment was the one where he announced himself.
United had just won the ball back second before the goal was scored and when Beckham saw Wimbledon keeper Neil Sullivan off his line, he decided to go for goal from the half-way line and score one of the greatest goals the Premier League has ever seen.
He was always a player who had a brilliant right foot and incredible vision and he showed it when he scored this goal as he saw the keeper off his line and had the ability to strike the ball into the net from the half-way line.
Wayne Rooney's first Premier League goal against Arsenal
Rooney's debut Premier League goal against Arsenal was the moment where he announced himself in English football at the age of just 16 years of age.
His first touch was brilliant as he controlled the ball mid-air from Thomas Gravesen's lobbed pass before having the confidence to hit a curling strike into the top corner from about 25 yards out.
The moment he scored this goal, you just knew that he was going to be a top player and have a great career in the game and he went to do exactly that by winning every trophy on offer and going on to score over 200 Premier League goals.
What made this moment more iconic was Clyde Tydlesley's commentary and one specific quote: Remember the Name. Wayne Rooney.
Steven Gerrard's slip against Chelsea
Gerrard's slip against Chelsea was a moment that proved to be a turning point in the title race during the 2013/14 season as it was the start of Liverpool's title chances disappearing and the title race turning in Man City's favour.
The game against Crystal Palace was the game that ended the reds' title hopes that season, but the Chelsea game was the one that marked the beginning of their chance beginning to fade away.
For this to happen to a player like Gerrard was so unfortunate because he'd been craving that Premier League title all his career and for it to slip away from him like it did must've been devastating.
This moment still haunts him to this very day as he has said in various interviews and I remember reading his autobiography in which he said that he wanted to hide himself down a dark hole in the days following the incident.
Eric Cantona's Kung-Fu kick
Cantona's Kung-Fu kick on the Crystal Palace fan will always be one of the most iconic moments in Premier League history because of how expected and shocking it was.
It will also go down as arguably the craziest moment in Premier League history because he lost complete control of himself when he did and he let the emotions get the better of him.
He had just been sent off for a foul on Palace player Richard Shaw and as he was walking off the pitch, the Palace fan confronted him and said something abusive that led to Cantona becoming too aroused and kicking him with a Kung-Fu kick.
Cantona was later suspended from football for nine months by the FA plus another two by Man United following this incident after which he also delivered that iconic press conference where said this iconic quote: 'When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea'.
Man United 1-6 Man City
Man City were known as the noisy neighbours in the years leading up to this game because of the amount of money they were spending following their big money takeover in 2008.
This game was the one where they showed that they were no longer the noisy neighbours, but serious title contenders as they tore Man United apart.
This result was the first sign that City were ready to be title contenders by beating their rivals as comfortably as they and also a sign that the gap between the two sides was getting even shorter.
It was also arguably a turning point in the rivalry because United were the dominant and best team on Manchester at the time and City hammering them 6-1 was probably the start of them beginning to overtake United as the no.1 team in Manchester.
Arsenal go an entire season unbeaten
Arsenal's Invincibles season will never be forgotten because of what their team achieved by going an entire season unbeaten.
The character their team had was simply incredible as they had a never say die attitude and a winning mentality with both playing a massive role in them going the entire season undefeated.
Their team had characters and leaders in every position and a strong backbone to it with all three traits playing a major role in them doing what they did.
Their achievement was so significant that no other side has been able to repeat what they did ever since which proves how hard it is to go an entire season unbeaten.
Sergio Aguero's late winner against QPR to win Man City their first Premier League title
One of the most iconic moments in Premier League history and easily the most dramatic.
Man City went into stoppage time 2-1 down in their final game of the season against QPR and had only just levelled the score through Edin Dzeko with a matter of seconds left to play.
They needed just one more goal to secure the title and with seconds left on the clock, Sergio Aguero stepped up and scored in the dying seconds of the game to win City the title in dramatic fashion.
Almost everyone in the entire stadium was on the edge of their seats at this stage of the game and the scenes at the end were just incredible.
This was without a doubt the most dramatic way to win a league title.
Leicester win Premier League title
One of the greatest sporting stories in history.
The bookies had Leicester at 5000-1 at the start of the 2015/16 season and a lot of people had them to go down after losing manager Nigel Pearson and replacing him with Claudio Ranieri which was received with mixed views.
They went into the season off the back of pulling off a great escape the season before and they carried that momentum into the following season and kept it going right throughout the campaign.
There were probably a lot of people who thought the pressure was going to get to them heading into the final stretch of the season, but it never did as they kept their feet on the ground and kept on winning games of football.
What a club of their size and stature with a low budget did that season was absolutely incredible and I don't think we're going to see anything like it ever again.
Liverpool end 30 year wait for a league title
To those of you who have wondered what team I support, you have probably worked it out with my selection at no.1.
Yes, I am a Liverpool fan and for the first time in any post I've done I've decided to be bias.
Liverpool ending their 30 year wait for a league title had to be my no.1 because for me it was a special moment because I'd waited all my life to see Liverpool win a Premier League title and to see them finally won after so many years felt so good.
Us reds fans may not have celebrated the way we wanted to because of COVID, but it was still a brilliant feeling to see my team win a league title.
They pushed Man City all the way the season before and they carried their form from the back end of that season into the 2019/20 season by going the entire first half of the season unbeaten and going on an incredible 18 game winning run.
Their team was known as the mentality monsters because of their refusal to be beaten and the winning mentality they had.
