A number of new signings have lit up the Premier League this season, but there have also been signings who have been disappointing.
But it's the good ones that get remembered best and I've decided to rank my best of the season. I would normally do a top 20, but I've decided to do a top 15 instead as I couldn't think of 20 signings who have been outstanding this season.
Now let's see who I have on my shortlist.
Marcus Rashford - Man United to Aston Villa - Loan
Rashford regained his confidence during his loan spell at Villa after losing his way at Man United. He was back to doing what he does best in taking on defenders and beating them with his pace. He might not have scored many goals during his short spell at Villa, but his performances were promising and because of this, Villa may think about making his deal permanent in the summer.
Mikel Merino - Real Sociedad to Arsenal - £27.4 million
Merino had to play as a false nine for most of the second half of the season and despite it not being his best position, he still did a decent job up there by scoring some important goals for his team. He scored 7 times for Arsenal this season with 4 of them coming in games where he played as a false nine.
Sander Berge - Burnley to Fulham - £25 million
There was a big hole left in the Fulham midfield after Joao Palhinha left last summer, and Berge has been the player who has filled it. He protected the Fulham defence by making key interventions at the right time and being a good reader of the game. Fulham had a tight defence for most of the season because him sitting in front of the back four.
Aaron Wan Bissaka - Man United to West Ham - £15 million
It took Wan Bissaka time to get going in a West Ham shirt and once the adaptation period was over, he became one of their best performing players in the second half of the season. He made more interceptions than any other player and improved his game going forward also.
Evanilson - Porto to Bournemouth - £40 million
Evanilson scored 10 times for Bournemouth this season which marks a good debut season for him in the Premier League. He did need time to settle into English football as is usually the case for overseas players, but he still had a good first season with the Cherries.
Joachim Andersen - Crystal Palace to Fulham - £30 million
Andersen made such a difference for Fulham defensively this season as they put themselves in contention for Europe. He won his duels both aerially and physically, and made Fulham a tougher team to beat through his defensive abilities and leadership on the pitch.
Marco Asensio - PSG to Aston Villa - Loan
Asensio brought both quality and depth to the Villa squad as they put themselves right back in the race for Champions League football, and reached the Quarter Finals of the Champions League. He scored 3 goals and put in a number of promising performances during his short spell at Villa Park, and the Villa fans will surely want him back next season.
Jorgen Strand Larsen - Celta Vigo to Wolves - Loan
Strand Larsen scored 14 times during his loan spell at Wolves this season and the majority of them were key in Wolves staying up and moving well clear of danger. He stepped up in the absence of Matheus Cunha towards the end of the season and with Cunha now gone, Wolves will surely be looking to sign him up on a permanent transfer.
Emmanuel Agbadou - Reims to Wolves - £16.6 million
Wolves were conceding goals from pretty much anywhere during the first half of the season. But that all changed when Agbadou arrived in January as he made them much more solid at the back. His solid performances in defence played a massive role in Wolves up before going on to pull themselves away from danger.
Liam Delap - Man City to Ipswich - £20 million
Delap was the only shining light in Ipswich's season as he scored 12 goals to mark a very good first season at the top level. Ipswich would've been down earlier if it wasn't for his goals and I'm certain that another Premier League club will come after him this summer.
Yankuba Minteh - Newcastle to Brighton - £30 million
Minteh showed Newcastle why they should've given him a chance by registering 6 goals and 4 assists in an impressive first season at Brighton. He was one of the Seagulls' standout performers this season at the age of 20 and is a player with a bright future ahead of him.
Maxence Lacroix - Wolfsburg to Crystal Palace - £15.2 million
Lacroix took a few months to settle into the Premier League just like the majority of Palace's summer signings did. But once his adaptation period was over, he became one of the Eagles' star performers by putting in some solid defensive displays and forming a strong partnership at the back with Marc Guehi. Both played a key role in Palace ending the season strongly.
Elliot Anderson - Newcastle to Nottingham Forest - £35 million
Anderson was one of Forest's standout performers this season as they almost qualified for the Champions League. He brought a bit of everything to the Forest midfield in tenacity, the ability to run with the ball, energy and creativity. He registered 6 assists for Forest this season and he also won his challenges fairly.
Dean Huijsen - Juventus to Bournemouth - £12.6 million
Huijsen has been one of the breakout stars of the season at just 20 years old and he's been so good that he's already been snapped up by Real Madrid. He was effective at both ends for the Cherries this season in making vital interventions at one and even popping up with some crucial goals at the other.
Nikola Milenkovic - Fiorentina to Nottingham Forest - £12 million
Forest were much improved defensively this season and Milenkovic was the reason why. He won his duels both physically and aerially, and formed a strong partnership with Murillo as Forest finished in the European places. He's player who proved to be the difference for Forest this season as his presence in the backline made them a tougher team to beat.
