Will Everton miss Goodison?
Everton gave Goodison Park the send off it deserved over the weekend with their win over Southampton in their final ever game at their iconic ground.
It's been one of the greatest grounds in English football and the Premier League era during it's long history because the atmosphere the fans have generated inside the stadium.
It will no doubt be a big miss for English football because of this but from an Everton perspective, will they miss Goodison?
It does take time for clubs to adjust to a new stadium and it's proven that more recently with West Ham being the prime example.
It took West Ham a good few years to call the London Stadium home after leaving Upton Park as their first few years at their new ground were tough, and the atmosphere inside the ground wasn't great due to the distance between the stands and the pitch.
The latter did have an impact on their performances at the time as a number of fans blamed the stadium for their below par performances. But they soon overcame that and their new stadium soon felt like home to the fans.
Clubs move stadium so they can compete with the teams near the top of the league. But it doesn't always turn out that way as Arsenal and Spurs in particular have found out.
Arsenal went several years without winning a trophy after leaving Highbury for the Emirates and it's taken them many years to be challengers again after going through many years of decline.
Spurs meanwhile have gone backwards and haven't won anything since moving into their new ground after leaving White Hart Lane.
Everton will need to be wary of these factors heading into next season when they move into their new ground on Bramley Moore Dock.
Is Declan Rice Arsenal's best midfielder since Patrick Vieira?
Declan Rice in my opinion has been Arsenal's player of the season this season as he's stepped up at crucial moments when his have needed him to, and has also continued to grow as a midfield player.
I asked a few weeks back if he was turning into a box-to-box midfielder and I think he very well is as covers every blade of grass, helps his team out in attack by scoring important goals and he also does his usual defensive work.
He's got everything you want from a midfield player and when I see him play with the attributes he has, I see him as someone Arsenal have been crying out for since Patrick Vieira left.
Could Rice be Arsenal's best midfielder since Vieira?
Vieira was a player who brought a real toughness to the Arsenal midfield during his time at the club as he was a a player who loved to tackle and was strong when going into challenges.
He was also a good carrier of the ball and a player who had bags of energy which enabled him to run from box to box.
Rice has similar attributes to Vieira in that he's made Arsenal a tougher team in midfield, is tenacious, a good carrier of the ball and is a player who has a lot of energy.
He's also an all-action midfielder who can take control of games in the midfield, just like Vieira was and did many times during his time with the Gunners.
It's probably too early to compare Rice with Vieira as he's only been at Arsenal for two seasons. But if he has another incredible season next season, we could well be saying that he's Arsenal's new Vieira.
