It's the FA Cup final this weekend and for that very reason, I've decided to do an FA Cup related top 10 instead of the usual European football one I would do.
This week's non-Premier League top 10 is player to have never won the FA Cup.
Many great players have been lucky enough to win the FA Cup during it's long history and whilst many of them have won it, there are also a number of great players who haven't won it.
Some of them have everything else on offer in the Premier League, League Cup and Champions League, but they haven't been able to complete the collection in winning the FA Cup. There are a few players on the list who are among them.
There are even some players who haven't even won anything despite being such influential players for their club sides and there are a few of those players on the list too.
Now here is the list:
Luis Suarez
Nemanja Vidic
Harry Kane
Rio Ferdinand
Patrice Evra
Alan Shearer
Gareth Bale
Heung Min Son
Philippe Coutinho
Diego Costa
Diego Costa
Costa was a runner up with Chelsea in 2017 when he scored in the final when they lost to Arsenal in what was his final game for the club.
He won two Premier League titles and the League Cup during his time at Stamford Bridge, but he wasn't able to get his hands on the FA Cup as the blues looked well off the pace in the final.
He was a tough opponent to play against on his day as he was big, strong and aggressive. Most defenders hated playing against him because of these attributes.
I had to put him in 10th because he didn't play in England for very long.
Luis Suarez
Suarez was a runner up with Liverpool in 2012 when they were beaten in the final by Chelsea in what wasn't his or Liverpool's best season.
He scored just 17 times in all competition that season with 11 of them coming in the league as Liverpool finished 8th. He did win the League Cup with the reds that season, but in the league they were poor.
He missed eight games of that season through suspension for racially abusing Patrice Evra in a Premier League game against Man United at Anfield earlier in the season.
He was a player who had a dark side in him during his time at Liverpool with that being one of his episodes but when he was focused on his football, he was an incredible player to watch.
I've got him quite low down because he didn't play in England for very long.
Gareth Bale
Bale reached the semi finals twice with Spurs in 2010 and 2012 losing to Portsmouth and Chelsea respectively.
Those seasons were the closest he ever got to winning the FA Cup and it was in and around those seasons that he was beginning to turn into the player he would go on to become.
His final season at Spurs was the season where he put himself on that elite level and the one that got him his big money move to Real Madrid, where he won absolutely everything.
Because of his best work coming after he left England, I had to put him quite low down.
Philippe Coutinho
Coutinho was a semi finalist with Liverpool in 2015 which was the season where he became the reds' talisman after Luis Suarez left.
He was influential for the reds during their journey to the semi finals in 2015 as he scored in their games against Bolton and Blackburn before netting the opening goal in their semi final defeat to Aston Villa.
He was a wonderful player to watch when he was at Liverpool as he provided many moments of magic when his team needed them, and scored many incredible goals.
His career has faded badly since Liverpool as his big move to Barcelona didn't work out, and he struggled to deliver consistently at Bayern Munich and Aston Villa.
Heung Min Son
Son has reached three finals with Spurs in two League Cup finals and a Champions League final. But the furthest he's reached in the FA Cup is the semi finals in 2017.
That season was the one where he first became a key player for Spurs after spending much of his first season adjusting to a new environment.
That season was also Spurs' best chance of winning a trophy as they had their best Premier League season on record by finishing 2nd, and were very much a team in their prime.
He's been an incredible player for Spurs over the years with his energy, pace, versatility and ability to both create and score goals. He's easily been one of the best attacking players in Europe for the majority of his time there.
Patrice Evra
Evra won 5 Premier League titles, 3 League Cups and the Champions League when he was at Man United, but the trophy he was missing from his collection was the FA Cup.
The closest he got to winning the cup was in 2007 when United reached the final only to lose to Chelsea.
He was a huge art of the success United achieved during their latter years under Fergie and was an all round quality full back as he was effective both defensively and going forward.
Harry Kane
Kane was a two time semi finalist when he was at Spurs in 2017 and 2018 respectively and those seasons were without a doubt the opportunities that Spurs had to win something.
They were a team in their prime back then in that they were competing near the top of the Premier League and were a side pushing to win trophies.
But it wasn't to be for them and their lack of trophies over the coming seasons led to key players leaving including Kane.
Kane has been that one player who deserves a trophy for the majority of his career and it was good to see him finally win one this season in the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich.
Nemanja Vidic
Vidic is another player who won everything but the FA Cup during his time at Man United, and like Evra was part of the side that lost the 2007 final to Chelsea.
He was an instrumental part of United's success during the latter years of Fergie's reign as he made them a much stronger and tougher team defensively.
He was a horrible defender to play against on his day as he was strong, tough, physical and barely let anyone past him.
For him to have the career he had and not win the FA Cup was very surprising.
Rio Ferdinand
Another losing finalist from the 2007 Man United side that lost Chelsea and like the others already mentioned, won everything but the FA Cup.
Ferdinand was a calm and composed defender who was always in the right place to make a key intervention and comfortable with the ball at his feet.
He was a key part of United's success during their latter years under Fergie where he grew into one of the finest defenders of his generation.
For him not to win the FA Cup was a shame because he had such a great career and was a top quality player.
Alan Shearer
Shearer must be the unluckiest player in FA Cup history as he was a runner up twice with Newcastle and in back-to-back years as well in 1998 and 1999.
The Newcastle sides he was part of back then were in all fairness playing against the best teams in country in both finals against Arsenal in 1998 and Man United in 1999, with the latter being the one where they gave it more of a go.
He was a clinical finisher right throughout his career as he could score a variety of goals and was always in the right place at the right time to put the ball in the net.
But despite scoring so many goals, he didn't win many trophies including the FA Cup with his only success coming in 1995 when he won the Premier League with Blackburn.
I've got him at no.1 because he was a great goal scorer and was a player who deserved to win the FA Cup because of the player and goal scorer he was.
If this was a top 10 on the Match of the Day Top 10 podcast, I'm sure that he too will have put himself at no.1 whilst again getting teased by Gary Lineker for not winning the FA Cup like he has been frequently over the years.
MY TOP 10:
Alan Shearer
Rio Ferdinand
Nemanja Vidic
Harry Kane
Patrice Evra
Heung Min Son
Philippe Coutinho
Gareth Bale
Luis Suarez
Diego Costa
